Mativision has been shortlisted for the First Digital Catapult Platinum awards.

Digital catapult, UK’s leading innovation agency, announced this prestigious initiative recognising and celebrating the most innovative advanced digital technology startups and scale-ups the country has to offer.

24 shortlisted businesses, leading innovation across four key focus areas – immersive (virtual, augmented and mixed reality), artificial intelligence (AI), future networks (5G and Internet of Things) and Future Focus (blockchain and cyber-security), have been identified after a thorough judging process.

Among them is Mativision as a market leader in producing and delivering interactive 360° video content and immersive experiences from live and recorded events.

The prestigious line-up of judges include Grammy-Award winning singer-songwriter and founder of blockchain project Mycelia, Imogen Heap, Regius Professor of Computer Science, Dame Wendy Hall, and Ocado’s Chief Technology Officer, Paul Clarke.

An exclusive group of just eight of the best and brightest UK startups from the shortlist will be recognised at Digital Catapult’s 2019 Platinum Awards, and the winners will be announced at an exclusive event on 26 November.
